No Refunds on Paid Plans

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any of our paid subscription plans ("Creator" and "Power User"). We believe that our free plan provides ample opportunity to evaluate the Platform's functionality and benefits before committing to a paid subscription.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation Effective Date

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Platform and its features until the end of your billing period.

No Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for any unused portion of your subscription period.
