* Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
* Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
* Promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or harm towards any individual or group.
* Spams or solicits others.
2.5 Content Monitoring: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor the content generated on the Platform. We may remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or that we deem to be inappropriate or harmful.

3.1 No Educational Accreditation: Seek My Course is not an alternative for formal education provided by schools, colleges, or universities. The certificates issued by Seek My Course are for course completion only and do not carry any official accreditation or recognition.
3.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information or content provided on the Platform. You use the Platform and its content at your own risk.
3.3 No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seek My Course shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) any content obtained from the Platform; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Australia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Seek My Course.
5.2 Course Ownership: All courses generated through the Platform are the exclusive property of Seek My Course. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the generated courses for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not sell, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit any courses generated through the Platform.
6. Restrictions on Use
