We retain ownership of the AI models and algorithms used to generate the content.
b. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Generated Content solely for educational purposes within the Platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Generated Content is compliant with all applicable intellectual property laws and these Terms. Users are prohibited from using Generated Content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Morpheus Code Technologies LLP.
7.4. Incorporation and Use of Third-Party Content:

The inclusion of such content by Users must strictly adhere to the intellectual property rights and terms of use of the original content owners. Users are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses.
7.5. Obligations of Users: Users are solely and fully responsible for ensuring that:
a. Third-party content is used with proper authorization or under applicable legal exceptions such as fair use, fair dealing, or open-access licenses. You must verify that you have the right to use any third-party content you incorporate into courses.
b. Any licensing requirements or permissions are obtained from the copyright holders prior to using or distributing third-party content. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any necessary licenses or permissions.
c. Proper attribution, citations, and acknowledgments are provided in accordance with the source platform’s requirements or applicable law. You must accurately and completely credit the original creators of any third-party content.
