You acknowledge that you have no right, title, or interest in or to the Platform IP.

b. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform IP strictly for lawful purposes in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. This license does not include any right to modify, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Platform IP.

c. 7.3. Generated Content:

All content generated by the Platform’s (SeekMyCourse's) proprietary artificial intelligence tools, including text, videos, audio files, and other media ("Generated Content"), is the intellectual property of Morpheus Code Technologies LLP until such rights are lawfully transferred to the User upon compliance with this Policy and other applicable provisions. We retain ownership of the AI models and algorithms used to generate the content.

b. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Generated Content solely for educational purposes within the Platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Generated Content is compliant with all applicable intellectual property laws and these Terms. Users are prohibited from using Generated Content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Morpheus Code Technologies LLP.

7.4. Incorporation and Use of Third-Party Content:

a. Scope of Third-Party Content Use: The Platform (SeekMyCourse) may permit Users to incorporate third-party content, including but not limited to videos, articles, images, and reference materials, into courses. Examples of such third-party sources include:

Wikipedia

Academic repositories, journals, or other digital platforms.

The inclusion of such content by Users must strictly adhere to the intellectual property rights and terms of use of the original content owners. Users are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses.

7.5. Obligations of Users: Users are solely and fully responsible for ensuring that:

a. Third-party content is used with proper authorization or under applicable legal exceptions such as fair use, fair dealing, or open-access licenses. You must verify that you have the right to use any third-party content you incorporate into courses.

b. Any licensing requirements or permissions are obtained from the copyright holders prior to using or distributing third-party content. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any necessary licenses or permissions.

c. Proper attribution, citations, and acknowledgments are provided in accordance with the source platform’s requirements or applicable law. You must accurately and completely credit the original creators of any third-party content.

7.6. Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly prohibited from:

a. Downloading, modifying, or reproducing third-party content without express authorization unless allowed under applicable copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of third-party content without permission.
